Providers who take ACLS must be proficient in performing high-quality BLS skills through the use of the 2020 AHA Guidelines Update for CPR and ECC, reading and interpreting electrocardiograms (ECGs), understanding ACLS drugs, and bag-mask ventilations.

Students wishing to also receive their BLS re-certification must purchase the $37 add-on with registration.  This optional addition allows students to stay after the course and complete the BLS Skills Check component which compliments the online HeartCode BLS course.  Students must complete the online HeartCode BLS prior to the course, and present their online certificate of completion on the day of class.  You will receive a separate email with your HeartCode BLS online course link.

This course is designed to teach the students the skill of basic ECG interpretation. The content provided in this course focuses on the essential information you need to know to interpret ECGs and understand their significance. This is an excellent course for all individuals pursuing a career in medicine.
